- Turn release output into director-level summaries of progress and customer impact.
- Introduced AI-assisted workflows for tickets, release notes and prototyping.

Head of Development & IT, Drinkstuff
Owned the product roadmap, the ecommerce platform and IT for a glassware and barware retailer.
- Simplified basket and checkout for a 15% uplift in conversion.
- Brought in learning search (SLI, Loop54), faceted filtering and personalised recommendations.
- Launched a CMS and PIM, cutting page update times by 20%, and kept the platform PCI Level 1 compliant.
